How do you get people excited again about a book that came out almost three years ago? Read on.
A few weeks ago an item popped into my RSS reader from the Freakanomics blog:
Freakanomics was released in 2005, and for those of you not familiar with it, is a book by Stephen D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner that uses economic theories to turn many social theories on their head.
The offer was a free signature bookplate sent to you. My father was trained as an economist and loves this book. Since we’re keeping things VERY LEAN this Christmas, this may be the perfect gift. So, I signed up, and guess what arrived in the mail yesterday:
This is a thank you to Mr. Levitt and Mr. Dubner as well as a test to see if my father is reading my blog like he says he does. Want to get your own? You still can.
