It’s the first warm weekend we’ve had here in Northern California and that has meant firing up the grill for the past week. This weekend is the first time we’re going big. Going big? Yep, it’s time for ribs. I use a Memphis dry rub that I make from a recipe in the “BBQ Bible.” Not familiar with it? Get it.
