Zeta Broadband is about to lose me as a customer

The internet connection at our office has been in and out since Tuesday morning. The irony is that it stayed on during our freak 70 mph winds last week. Now, it’s out. The recorded message at their # says it was updated on Tuesday at 6:30 pm and service should be up by Wednesday morning.

I’ve called several times and get a live person. This is not acceptable at all.

ALL I WANT IS AN UPDATE!
