He goes into much more depth on the pain that caused this note, but believe me I completely understand where he’s coming from. It’s not when you get a new client, it’s when you’re pitching a client, or you move onto a new account, it’s just doing your job. Our job isn’t rocket science but a big part of it is reading. If we can’t even do that, we’re screwed.
