I learned this lesson myself the hard way when my MacBook hard drive crashed. Apple replaced it free of charge, but the data was gone. I was able to recreate everything except my email box, which unfortunately I used as a file drawer.

Lesson here, always back up. Now we do. We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
