Last night was the kick-off of the 2009 NFL exhibition season, and also the kick-off of TrenchFantasy.com. This morning Trench Fantasy introduced a new fantasy football game that focuses on what Steve Sabol referred to as, “the other 21.” These are the other 21 players on a football field at a given time that may not be touching the ball.
Traditional fantasy football celebrates those that make headlines. Trench Fantasy celebrates the players that work as a unit one very play to make those headlines possible. This is a fantasy game for people who play in multiple fantasy leagues, not people dipping their toe in the water.
