I’m a huge fan of the FAILblog. Simple, direct, does one thing and does it well. So it was with great amusement that I opened up an email from JetBlue this morning to find something perfect for FAILblog. OK, maybe not perfect, but probably as close as I’ll get to something for them for a long time.
Here’s an image from the email from JetBlue. In the PR world, mail merges are a bad thing. They are in the ad world as well if you don’t have someone checking or a process in place to keep things like this from happening. Sorry JetBlue, for today you FAIL!
