Happy belated birthday, I emant to send you a note yesterday. Of course, once again, I am impressed with your writing, your style is so enjoyable to read.

I was sad yesterday morning when I heard about Mame, but know that she fought the great fight, and was her unique self to the very end. I loved every time I saw her as she reminded me so much of my late Grandmother with her leopard print silk blouses and red lipstick. What an amazing woman and amazing life.

I know you well enough to know that all the fabulous memories that she created for you will enable you and your family to celebrate her life for many years and generations to come.
