For Ted Leonsis, a Quest to Find Himself Faster Online – washingtonpost.com
It’s more than vanity to Google yourself, as that’s one of the many ways that potential clients and contacts will try and find you.
Ted Leonsis didn’t like what he saw when he typed his name into “The Google,” so he started a blog and now that is one of the first things that comes up as a result for his name.
It’s a way to at least impact your online reputation, you can’t completely change what people are saying, but you can at least get your take at the top of the list.
As for me? If you Google “Josh Morgan” with the quotes this blog comes up at the top of the list. With no quotes it comes up #2.
